Iris Noir Gothic & Steampunk Clothing Store: About Us
We have been on the gothic clothing market for close to 10 years and the present website has been up since 2004. We
started out as a small business selling our favorite goth brands on ebay but moved on to our own website, which allowed us more control
over the store design and the selling process. We are currently a medium sized online goth & steampunk clothing store with over a 2,000 registered buyers,
many of whom are repeat customers. At the present moment we are an 'online only' store and we are located on the East Coast (Boston area, USA).
Being avid goth clothing buyers (and collectors) ourselves, we know a lot of issues our fellow goths face when trying
to shop online. Thus, we provide actual measurements of the garments we carry and are happy to assist with any questions you might have.
We ship quickly, try to resolve any issues that might arise during the shipping process as efficiently as possible and are always happy to
save you on shipping! If you are not satisfied with the shipping quote you get through the store and think there is a better option,
just e-mail us and we'll try to accomodate your request.
We do not believe in gimmicks and have respect for our customers' intelligence, comfort and privacy.
We show the prices up front and do not try to make them seem lower by showing a slightly higher price
crossed out as if we are offering an exceptional discount. We believe you will know a good deal when you see it! We also do not
show any flashy or tacky adds on any of our pages, which puts self-promotion or earning a quick buck over and
against the comfort of our customers. We do not spam with constant promotional e-mails. (Even though we do have
a newsletter you can sign up for, we only send it out every couple of months at best). In short, we behave like we know what
it's like to be a buyer of goth clothing, not just a seller.
