One of the most dramatic pieces by Lip Service, this skirt is made out of vinyl-like shiny material with an overlayer of lace. It features high waist, an 'apron' in the front and a three-layer bustle in the back. The side seams are adorned with ruffles and the back of the skirt extends longer than the front. The skirt has small hooks on the high waist in the front and a lace-up panel in the back. Fit for a queen, this skirt will surely become one of your most prized possessions! Please look in our 'jackets' section for a matching jacket. These come in black (shown) or blood red with black lace overlayer.
Measurements: Please note that the high waist is ~ 5-6" (13-15cm) on the side. There is some flexibility to the waist measurement due to the lace-up panel in the back. The length given is of the skirts in the front, they are ~ 11" (28cm) longer in the back.
