Made out of lightweight cotton, this skirt is puffy style and features delicate gathered lace panel in the front and a wide ruffle at the bottom. There is a black satin underskirt to create fullness and opacity. The skirt closes with a zipper on the side. Perfect with corsets or aristocrat-style shirts!
Measurements:
The size is marked as P (XS) but seems to run a little bigger for lip service sizing. The measurements are: waist ~ 28" (71cm), Hips free, Length in the front 16.5 (42cm), length in the back ~ 18" (46cm). There is an additional 3" (8cm)of the underskirt showing at the bottom.
