We are happy to serve goth community worldwide, so we'll ship to almost any locatoin in the world! We use USPS as our shipping carrier. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on the weight of the items and your destination (we are based in the Boston area, USA). We offer several shipping options that vary in price and delivery times for your convenience. All domestic orders are shipped with a tracking number and all orders over $60 are fully insured (if your order total is less than $60 but you prefer to insure your package, please indicate that in the comments field of you order).

      Please note that, unlike a lot of online goth clothing stores, we are happy to use first class mail international to save you money (we completely understand that a lot of goths out there can't afford to spend on clothing *and* pay the huge shipping charges on top!). However, please note that first class mail international packages can *not* be tracked or insured. Most of the time, first class mail to European countries gets there with no problem. However, we have had cases where packages (with amazing clothing inside) sent by frist class international went lost and there was nothing we could do to recover or trace the clothes because USPS does not provide any way of doing so. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you understand the risks involved, since we cannot be held responsible for such orders (although we'll always be happy to provide you with your customs number and a receipt). If you live in a country where packages are at a higher risk of getting lost or stolen or if you absolutely love your new goth clothing item and do not want to take chances with it, we highly recommend that you choose priority or express mail and indicate that you would like to insure your package in the comments field.

      All orders usually go out in the mail within two days after receiving payment. If, for some unlikely reason, we cannot ship within that time period, we will notify you immediately. Urgent orders, which use Express domestic or international mail are guaranteed to be shipped the next business day.

      Have a better shipping option in mind or think that our software doesn't calculate the shipping quote correctly? E-mail us and we'll try to accomodate your request and resolve any issues you have (within reason of course!).

Returns & Exchanges

      Just got your new goth clothing item from us and it doesn't fit? No problem! We are happy to arrange a return or an exchange. Just e-mail us within two weeks of receiving your order and we'll provide you with the address to mail the items back.

      Please note that we no longer accept returns on sale items! We also do not refund your original shipping charges for either exchanged or returned products, nor will we pay for shipping the item back to us, so please make sure you ask all the questions before purchasing your clothes. However, we will pay for shipping an exchanged item back to you.

      Refunds will be issued in a form of a company check for the purchases paid for with a money order. Credit card orders will be refunded back to the credit card. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the clothes are returned in damaged or otherwise unacceptable condition.
