Shipping & Delivery
We are happy to serve goth community worldwide, so we'll ship to almost any locatoin in the world!
We use USPS as our shipping carrier.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on the weight of the items and
your destination (we are based in the Boston
area, USA). We offer several shipping options that vary in price and delivery times for your convenience. All domestic orders are
shipped
with a tracking number and all orders over $200 are fully insured (if your order total is less than $200 but you prefer to insure your package,
please indicate that in the comments field of you order).
Please note that, unlike a lot of online goth clothing stores, we are happy
to use first class mail international to save you money (we completely understand that a lot of goths
out there can't afford to spend on clothing *and* pay the huge shipping charges on top!).
However, please note that the only countries which provide full tracking with first class mail are the following: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland. First class mail international packages shipped to other countries can *not* be tracked and might take up to 2 months to arrive, depending on
your country's postal service. International orders under $200 are insured upon request, if insurance is available for the destination country.
All orders usually go out in the mail within
five business days after receiving payment. If, for some unlikely reason, we
cannot ship within that time period, we will notify you immediately.
We currently do not offer rushed shipping.
Have a better shipping option in mind or think that our software doesn't calculate the
shipping quote correctly? E-mail us and we'll try to accomodate your request and resolve any issues you have (within reason of course!).
Returns & Exchanges Just got your new goth clothing item from us and it doesn't fit? No problem! We are happy to arrange a
return or an exchange. Just e-mail us within one
week of receiving your order and we'll provide you with the address to mail the items back.
Please note that we do not accept returns on used, vintage and
sale items! We also do not accept any hosiery, gloves or other accessories that had their packaging opened.
We do not refund your original shipping charges for either exchanged or returned products,
nor will we pay for shipping the item back to us, so please make sure you ask all the questions
before purchasing your clothes. However, we will pay for shipping an exchanged item back to you.
Refunds will be issued in a form of a company check for the purchases paid for with a money order.
Credit card orders will be refunded back to the credit card. We reserve the right to deny a refund
if the clothes are returned in damaged or otherwise unacceptable
condition.
